刘悦,副教授,本科毕业于天津大学生物工程专业,博士毕业于天津大学生物化工专业,2019年至2020年在哈佛大学医学院干细胞研究中心联合培养。

研究方向:合成生物学使能技术、合成基因组学
2、研究领域
长期从事合成生物学研究,围绕复杂基因组设计、人工染色体构建及跨物种功能重塑等前沿方向开展工作。1)建立复杂基因组从头设计与组装技术体系,实现Mb级高重复序列基因组的精准构建;2)发展人工染色体跨物种递送技术,突破超大DNA分子完整转移的关键瓶颈;3)构建合成基因组表观重编程与功能重塑研究平台,揭示外源基因组在异源细胞中的适应与调控规律。
3、学术成就
主持国家重点研发“合成生物学”青年科学家项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金委青年基金(C类)、博士后特别资助等。相关研究成果以第一作者发表在Nature Methods、Nature Protocols、Energy & Environmental Science等高水平学术期刊。申请发明专利11项,授权8项。编写国家级教材《基因组设计与合成》和省部级教材《合成生物学》。担任Synthetic Biology and Engineering期刊青年编委。
