天津大学菁英教授,博士生导师,国家优青。硕博毕业于复旦大学。现任生物化工系师生联合党支部书记。入选天津市“131”人才工程、天津市青年科技工作者协会优秀青年科技工作者。获评天津大学优秀毕业论文指导教师、优秀班导师、优秀师友导师。

研究领域
面向重大疾病精准诊断的需求,开展基于DNA纳米技术的活细胞识别与传感研究工作。1)构建了多聚功能核酸作为分子识别新工具,提高了低丰度靶标细胞分子识别的灵敏度;2)建立了核酸网络在活细胞界面分子识别和原位组装的新方法,提高了复杂体系中细胞识别的特异性;3)发展了核酸探针在活细胞内分子识别和响应的新技术,提高了活体中靶标细胞内动态分子信号识别与传感的稳定性。
学术成就
主持国家自然科学基金委优青、面上项目,以及国家重点研发计划、天津市自然基金项目等。发表SCI论文86篇,其中第一/通讯作者论文65篇,包括1篇PNAS、2篇Nat Protoc、1篇 Sci Adv、3篇JACS、4篇Angew Chem、1篇Nat Commun、4篇Adv Mater、3篇Anal Chem、1篇Chem Rev和2篇Acc Chem Res等。获授权中国发明专利8项,转化2项。获中国化工学会科学技术奖-基础研究成果奖二等奖。编写教材著作《合成基因组学》《核酸纳米技术》《核酸功能材料》。担任Extracellular Vesicle、Advanced Sensor and Energy Materials和Chinese Chemical Letters期刊青年编委。
