个人介绍:食品科学与工程系主任,博士生导师,博士,毕业于中国农业大学食品科学与工程专业。天津市食品学会副理事长,教育部食品科学与工程教指委委员,康奈尔大学访问学者。
研究领域
聚焦生鲜食品品质保障与营养调控研究领域,主要开展果实成熟代谢网络、果实采后生物学、生鲜食品保鲜机制和生物保鲜材料等方面研究。

主持国家自然基金5项、省部级项目10余项。以第一作者/通讯作者发表论文110余篇,其中在Nano Today, Trend in Food Science and ,Food chemistry,PBT等高水平杂志发表SCI论文70余篇,ESI高被引论文5篇。授权发明专利6项,编写专著教材10余部。荣获省部级科技一等奖和二等奖各1项,山西省二等功一次,天津市食品科技创新奖,天津市优秀食品科技工作者,天津市优秀食品科技工作管理者,天津市优秀硕士论文指导教师。
