研究领域
主要开展萜烯类天然产物生物合成方面的研究工作,在萜类天然产物细胞工厂构建分析,合成路径适配再造、关键酶元件的构效解析和设计优化等科研领域积累了丰富的研究成果和研究经验,致力于提升高价值产物的生物合成效率。
研究方向是酶的设计优化及其在细胞工厂中的适配性应用,主攻萜烯类天然产物合成酶的研究和应用,具体涉及(1)细胞工厂的设计构建;(2)酶的构效关系研究和优化;(3)酶与底盘的适配优化和应用。
