个人介绍:

崔美,女,19871月生,中共党员,20186月毕业于天津大学化工学院,获工学博士学位。2019年留校任教,2022年晋升为副研究员,2025年被聘为博士生导师。担任天津市食品学会理事、青年委员会副主任委员。

二、研究领域

主要从事纳米纤维素绿色制备工艺开发、结构调控与性能优化,重点围绕纤维素纳米晶/纳米纤维的规模化生产、节能降耗技术、功能化改性及其在食品保鲜涂层、阻隔膜等领域的应用研究。致力于推动食品包装材料的绿色化、功能化与智能化发展。
