研究方向:抗冻蛋白分子设计及应用

毕业于哈尔滨工业大学(本科),天津大学(硕博),为生物化工专业博士。聚焦材料合成生物学,长期从事抗冻分子设计及应用研究。设计合成了新型高效抗冻多肽、抗冻蛋白及抗低温材料,应用于重要生物样本(细胞、血液、微生物菌株)的超低温冷冻保存,可替代目前具有毒副作用的二甲基亚砜、甘油等有机溶剂保护剂,取得了显著的成果。相关成果以第一作者或通讯作者在J. Am. Chem. Soc.(2篇), ‌ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces(2篇), Ind. Eng. Chem. Res.,J. Mater. Chem. A., J. Mater. Chem. B.,Biomacromolecules 等国际知名期刊上发表。

主持国家自然科学基金青年项目(C类),天津市青年基金等项目。申请专利 12 项,已授权 2 项。基于相关成果制备得到高效细胞冻存保护剂,用于 T 细胞的冷冻保存,已与公司合作转化。
