个人简介

王占忠 博士/博士后,副教授 /博士生导师,2007年毕业于天津大学制药工程专业。

研究领域

食品及生物产品分离纯化,食品营养素的高效递送,功能性食品的开发以及食品的生物合成等方面。主要研究方向为 (1)食品分离及其过程强化;(2)食品营养与健康;(3)食品的生物制造。

学术成就

2015-2016年赴多伦多大学访学研究。作为负责人完成国家自然科学基金项目项3项,主持国家重大科技专项子课题1项,完成天津自然科学基金面上项目1项,完成天津市卫生局重点公关项目1项和其它省部级项目3项。完成中科院植物所合作项目4项,完成其它企业横向项目10余项,拥有授权国家发明专利8项,在国际刊物上发表SCI论文60余篇,其中一区SCI论文20余篇,指导研究生6人获国家奖学金,1人获天津大学优秀硕士学位论文,1人获天津市优秀硕士学位论文。20251项科研成果获天津食品学会科技创新一等奖(基础研究类)。
